Before using Lifties, we recommend performing a patch test. Cut a small piece of tape and apply it anywhere in the breast area. Leave it on for at least one hour. Then gently remove the tape and check that no irritation has occurred.

Do not use Lifties on irritated, sensitive, or sunburned skin. We recommend wearing Lifties for up to 7 hours, but there is no need to worry if worn longer.
