The recommended wearing time is a maximum of 7 hours. Keep in mind that the longer you wear Lifties, the more the adhesive will adhere to your skin. Wearing Lifties for more than 7 hours may make the removal process more uncomfortable and may increase skin irritation.
Breast tapes removal will be much easier with our Lifties spray remover. Apply our remover directly on your tapes where they come into direct contact with your skin. Make sure your tapes are really soaked in remover! No amount of remover is too much, you want the tape to feel and look wet! Leave on for at least few minutes and then gently remove. Never tear off the tapes like a band-aid! You risk unnecessary skin irritation!

Both type can be used without our Lifties breast tapes. Disposable nipple covers are a little better at hiding under clothing, but silicone nipple covers can be worn at least 25 times.
