Do a patch test before using Lifties. Cut off a small piece of tape, which you apply anywhere in the area of your breasts. Leave on for at least one hour. Then carefully remove the tape and check that there is no sign of irritation at your skin.
Do not use Lifties breast tape on irritated, sensitive or sunburned skin. The maximum recommended wearing time is 7 hours.
Apply our breast tape to clean, dry skin that is free of moisturisers and oils.
Use nipple covers.
Round the corners of each strip.
